Joyce Whall
Senior House Manager
Joyce Whall graduated from the Outreach Training Institute in Queens, NY as a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor in 2006. Joyce spent seven years in New York managing Bridge Back to Life, a transitional living facility, and the Women’s Prison Association in Brooklyn. In February of 2013, Joyce moved to South Florida and managed Hallway of Life, a transitional living facility for women with eating disorders. Joyce moved to Dayton Ohio in 2016 and worked at Nova Behavioral Health as a Behavioral Health Technician until coming to Frederick in August 2019 to take the position of Live-in Recovery Coach at Clearview Communities. Joyce became a Senior House Manager in March of 2020.
